QUIPOSTORE – GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

This document describes the conditions of sale for the items that can be purchased directly through the web site www.quipostore.net, only with a credit card, as indicated below. When a Customer accepts delivery of the items purchased, he automatically accepts the conditions of sale cited below. Quipos s.r.l. reserves the right to modify the conditions of sale at any time and without previous notification.

A complete copy of the conditions of sale described in this document is available:

  2. printed on paper and enclosed with the package of the item(s) purchased.

1. Registering on-line
The first step towards making a purchase is registering on-line, which means filling out the required form, which contains the minimum amount of data that will allow us to recognize you and open your personal shopping cart. The customer may change the data inserted at registration at any time, by accessing his/her profile, using the password chosen at the time of registration. Or, if there is a problem, you can contact a member of our team via e-mail, at info@quipostore.net.
All of the data our customers insert on the registration form are treated in accordance with the applicable laws on privacy, which can be downloaded in PDF format.

2. How to order
The customer uses a virtual shopping cart, to which articles chosen from the catalogue can be added by clicking the appropriate button. When a customer finds an item he wishes to purchase in the catalogue, he simply clicks the shopping cart icon next to the item’s name.
As in any normal shop, once you have finished choosing the items you wish to buy, you go to the cash registers to confirm the order and specify the address where the item(s) should be sent.

3. How to add or remove items in your shopping cart
The items in your virtual shopping cart can be put back, or their quantity can be changed, or new items can be added, at any time. The page containing your virtual shopping cart also contains some simple instructions to follow, at the bottom of the
page.

4. What happens if you order an item that cannot be found
You may order an item that cannot be found because it is out of stock or temporarily not available: in these cases, the customer will receive an e-mail explaining the problem and the order for the unavailable item will be cancelled automatically. Any eventual
other items contained in the order will be sent immediately. Naturally, the price of the item that cannot be found will be detracted from the total indicated at the time the order was made.

5. Mailing address
When you move from the shopping cart to order confirmation, you will be asked for a mailing address where the items should be sent. The program automatically suggests the data inserted by the customer at the time of registration, but if you wish the items to be sent to another address, you can simply change the information, inserting the desired address.

6. Prices
The prices posted on our web site include VAT (IVA) tax, so they represent the total amount the customer will spend, if the order is made from inside the European Union.
Customers from outside the EU must also pay any local taxes and customs duty charged by the country to which the items will be delivered.
Along with the total cost of the order (meaning the total of the prices of the items ordered), a small extra charge is added to partially cover shipping costs (see point 8).
This amount is calculated automatically and shown to the customer at the time of the on-line purchase and varies depending on the destination and the type of shipping chosen by the customer.

7. How to pay with a credit card
Our e-commerce site was developed specifically to address customer concerns about security and privacy of transactions, especially with respect to payment made by supplying one’s credit card number.
For this reason, e-commerce payments made on our web site are entrusted to Banca Sella, a leader in the e-commerce credit card payment sector, in terms of both security and experience.
Banca Sella’s security guarantee is designed by EasyNolo S.p.A. (info@easynolo.it) .

In order to provide maximum guarantees and security, Quipos s.r.l will never and can never come to know your credit card data. In fact, payment occurs in complete security and in a direct line between the customer and Banca Sella. Banca Sella will only notify Quipos s.r.l of the positive or negative outcome of the credit card purchase.

ATTENTION: your credit card account will be debited only when the items purchased are shipped and only for those items actually included in the shipment. If an order includes items that cannot be found because they are not in stock at the moment, the price of said items will be automatically subtracted from the amount indicated when the order was made.

8. Shipping
The customer chooses the shipping modality he prefers during the selection of items to purchase with the virtual shopping cart. To see in detail the selection of shipping modalities available, click here.
If the items ordered do not arrive within the specified time, send an e-mail to consegne@quipostore.net, specifying the information received in the order confirmation e-mail message.

9. Right of withdrawal
Information for the consumer (or the individual who, in relation to the present contract, acts for purposes unrelated to his/her professional activities) in compliance with Leg. Decree n. 185/1999 relative to the protection of consumers in remote contractual transactions.
As specified by the Italian norms regulating remote contracts (Leg. Decree n. 185/1999), which accepts and incorporates European Directive 97/7; a customer who purchases items using the services provided by this site can refuse to accept the items received within 10 days of reception of the items in question.
This can be accomplished by sending written notification, via registered letter with return receipt requested, to “Quipos s.r.l. Via Ariberto 24 – 20123 Milano (Italy)”.
If the right of withdrawal is invoked, the items in question must be re-shipped, at the customer’s expense, COMPLETE and NOT USED, to: Quipos s.r.l. Via Ariberto 24 – 20123 Milano (Italy), within and not beyond the limit of 10 working days from the date on which the items were delivered (the postal stamp on the re-shipment shall be considered proof). The items must be re-shipped to Quipos s.r.l. insured by the sender, and no packages will be accepted C.O.D. or at the receiver’s expense.

10. Returns
Along with the application of the above-mentioned Right of Withdrawal, if there has been an error in processing the order and the customer receives an item other than the one he/she ordered, the customer may request its replacement. In this case, the norms and modalities cited above in point 9, Right of withdrawal, apply. Specifically, with respect to the goods, the items returned must be re-shipped to Quipos s.r.l. within 10 days of their reception, and the items must be COMPLETE and NOT USED.
In order to qualify for a refund of the shipping expenses for returns, the shipping modality must be accepted by Quipos s.r.l., using its preferred shippers.
